Nurse practitioner

I trained as a nurse in 2006 and then, after further professional training, became a Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care in 2015. In 2019, learning about therapeutic carbohydrate reduction, ketogenic diets, and intermittent fasting was a revelation to me. Finally, we have the possibility of resolving the cause of multiple chronic health problems! I have now trained with renowned professor Tim Noakes at the Nutrition Network (South Africa) and obtained the certification in Therapeutic Carbohydrate Restriction with Diet Doctor's CME. I have also taken training with the American Nutrition Association.I ha ve devoured all the books of Dr. Jason Fung (author of Obesity Code, Diabetes Code, Cancer Code, The Complete Guide to Fasting, and Life in the Fasting Lane. I now work with patients using virtual visits, providing personalized therapeutic nutrition for a wide variety of health issues.
